One on One Mentors provides the following services, listed in chronological order, taking a student from freshman year in college through graduation and beyond:

• Learn what classes to take by uncovering a student’s real interests
• Select a major based on those interests, combined with the school’s offerings
• Discover the balance between school, extra-curricular, work and social activities
• Find a professor, RA, etc. to be an auxiliary, on-site mentor
• Uncover what job/career path is most appealing
• Navigate the summer job/internship process
• Write a resume/cover letter
• Hone interview skills
• Understand how to behave while at work, how to deal with a boss, how to carve out a niche
