Today’s inspiration comes from my friend Brian Kriftcher, courtesy of his amazing dad, Noel.
One of Noel’s lessons, per Brian, involved leadership: “Leadership means being the best of people some of the time but one of the people all of the time.”
I tried to live up to this ideal at work; like most worthwhile things, it’s not always easy.
