Incoming freshmen Tip 3: Alert – you may just get a B. Yep. It could happen. Seriously. So all of you who went through HS believing that a B was akin to failing, you might want to get used to the fact that your peers now will be a lot of people just like you, who also have typically been the best, and that not all of you can or will get straight A’s in college.
The funny part is that if you are working hard, taking classes that interest you, and actively participating in class discussions, you’ll be building the habits you’ll need in the dreaded real world.
So sure, try and get A’s. But don’t fret some B’s.
