For all you college seniors worried that you don’t know enough to be good at a job, start by doing some aspect of that job now. Like right now. Not tomorrow.
Example: social media marketing aspirants – start building your own following on Twitter, Snap, Instagram, etc. This will help you demonstrate to a prospective employer that you have some facility for this stuff, while making you feel better about yourself in the process.
